it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. BAsed on your description, it sounds like you have fat necrosis and fat transfer is probably the best option. Scar tissue Contractions on the buttocks tend to be difficult to correct.
Volume augmentation alone it tends to not correct the problem unless the contraction of this scar tissue is released in conjunction.
