Butt dent healing procedure

How can I fix a butt dent on my right buttock caused by an injection when I was young that gets visible through clothes ?

A dent after an injection can come from fat loss, scar tethering under the skin, or a combination of both. The right treatment depends on whether the area is simply hollow, stuck down to deeper tissue, or has any remaining firmness from the old injection.

Common options include scar release or subcision, fat grafting to restore volume, and sometimes injectable filler or biostimulator in carefully selected cases. If the depression is tethered, adding volume alone may not fully correct it unless the scar bands are released first.

I would recommend an in-person consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon who can examine the area while standing and moving, since it is visible through clothing. If there is any concern about old foreign material or a firm mass, ultrasound or MRI may be useful before planning treatment.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. BAsed on your description, it sounds like you have fat necrosis and fat transfer is probably the best option. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Before recommending a procedure, we need to make an assessment.
To do that we need to add a minimum see pictures.
Scar tissue Contractions on the buttocks tend to be difficult to correct.
Volume augmentation alone it tends to not correct the problem unless the contraction of this scar tissue is released in conjunction.
