How can I fix a butt dent on my right buttock caused by an injection when I was young that gets visible through clothes ?

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. BAsed on your description, it sounds like you have fat necrosis and fat transfer is probably the best option. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.

Before recommending a procedure, we need to make an assessment.
To do that we need to add a minimum see pictures.
Scar tissue Contractions on the buttocks tend to be difficult to correct.
Volume augmentation alone it tends to not correct the problem unless the contraction of this scar tissue is released in conjunction.
