Question

I don’t want a dramatic bbl.. I just want my hip dips filled in to create more of a natural hourglass figure. I’m okay with my weight and tummy so I’m not really looking for Lipo. Any recommendations or advice?

Dear samiiegarciia,
based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

For a Brazilian Butt Lift, you need ample fatty tissue available for harvesting. Using a cannula and low suction, this tissue is harvested, essentially a form of liposuction. The crucial consideration is which area you're comfortable losing fatty tissue from. The goal of BBL isn't merely to add volume, but also to contour around the buttocks for a fuller, better-shaped appearance.

Based on your photos, although somewhat limited, you seem to be a good candidate for liposuction and fat transfer  (aka BBL), however a in person exam would be necessary to give you the most optimal assessment.

In regards to the shape, there are multiple different shapes. You can accomplish with body contouring, and we often ask the patient to give us a few pictures on what they think is ideal for them, and then contour it accordingly. Therefore, you can pick any shape that you’d like for us to try to mimic.

Fat transfer to the hips is very often performed to enhance an hour-glass appearance. Unfortunately you did not submit photos of that region so I cannot tell if you are a good candidate for the procedure.
