Blood clots after my BBL?

blood clots usually occur in the early postoperative period. Based on your description it sounds like fibrosis or necrosis. I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. The formation of palpable lumps is not uncommon after either liposuction and fat transfer.
It’s probably more common after fat transfer.
Scar tissue and fat necrosis do not resolve overtime but instead typically lead permanent outcomes unless removed.
Blood clots can form in veins under the skin Known as thrombophlebitis. This typically presents as a tender, firm rope, like structure under the skin.
These are typically not dangerous, but can be uncomfortable.
Blood clots in deep veins present differently, but can include swelling of the leg and thigh pain behind the knee, and these are taken seriously, and can be potentially life-threatening.
You didn’t describe where the area was, if it’s an area treated with liposuction or fat transfer.
