For a month or so, I’ve had a little hard bump inside (not right under skin, you have to push in to feel it) but it’s tender, and a little smaller than a dime. I got a BBL a little over a year ago and had no complications. I’ve read up on fat necrosis and fibrosis and I would be OK with either one of those because they go away I don’t pose any serious harm, but I’m a little scared about blood clots. How long after a BBL can you develop a blood clot and could that be what it??

Dear samiiegarciia,
based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic...
Dear Januaala,
any significant weight loss will affect your BBL results. You will probably gain back the volume with weight gain.

Dear Optimistic151770,
it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. If you are considering surgery, I would suggest you consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination, you will get more information and recommendations.
