Hello experts, I had undergone primary African ethnic rhinoplasty 2 years and 2 months ago no. Thick skin, rib cartilage ( if these information matter). I have oily skin & often have buildup along my T zone. About a year after my surgery I resumed my regular skin care routine-facials. I gently use extraction techniques/tool on my nose now, about once or twice a week. My question is am I at risk of post op deformities? Is it dangerous to extract buildup from my nasal skin? What’re the risks?
