Hello! I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon and the smallest size implant I can go according to him is 345CC. Is that true? I just want a fuller and perkier look. But he said according to my measurements from my chest, ribs and nipple. I need the implants that size to fill in the room. I a photo of my chest bellow. I am also 5’3” 114lbs. I just don’t want my frame to look large and too heavy. Thank you!

They also get to see what they would look like when the breasts have fully dropped and fluffed and in clothes. You get to see actual results and the surgeon's experience and not a virtual idea of what can be achieved. The implant sizes that are available to you depend on the width of your existing breast tissue, so a high profile implant cannot be the smallest reasonable option, because a lower profile implant of the same width will also "fit." He may be expressing that they think 345cc will look best for some reason or be sharing his personal aesthetic. In my practice, we go through a sizing process where you try on sizing molds of different volumes to see what matches your shape and size goals, as well as measurements and reviewing goal photos.
