Is 345 CC high profile the smallest implant size I can go? (photos)

Your photo is not much help since you are hiding your breasts with clothing and hair. However, at 5'3" and 114 pounds, the 335 cc implant might be your largest, not smallest, size implant for your frame and tissue. Measurements are needed to be certain. You can always choose a smaller size.

It is unlikely that you would not be able to consider an implant smaller than 345cc, although an examination is needed to give specific recommendations. I encourage you to visit with a few board certified plastic surgeons in your area for consultations. Listen to varying opinions to help you with your decision.
