My incision is turning dark blue/black, and my breast is red and swollen 3 months after surgery. What is causing this? (Photo)

Surgery 4-8-14: second surgery for larger and pocket repair on left! This breast has ways been sore and continues to hurt! At first doc said my nerves are coming back, then the bottom turned red and they said stop massaging I possible had some light bleeding may have popped a blood vessel! Not my incision is turkg dark blue ish black and red and swollen again on bottom! They are out of town til next week! 500cc filled to 600! What is going on here?? I feel like I need surgery again
