My bump/hump is completely gone and it has changed my front view. I asked my doctor to keep a little bit of it but rather it was all gone. My nose looks very different and I can’t recognize myself it’s really causing me damage and pain. Can we recreate a small hump back with cartilage or implants? Please please answer this question.

Answer: Building back a bridge bump Yes, it is normally possible to build back a bit of a bridge bump using graft techniques. This can be with cartilage or other soft tissue such as fascia.

Answer: Recreate Dorsal Bump Hi Rh.guide, While it may be difficult to recreate the dorsal height or so called "bump" you had before, your dorsal height can be augmented either surgically or non-surgically. Using cartilage and/or fascia, height could possibly be added strategically to give you some additional height. The alternative non-surgical option would be to have filler placed along your dorsum. This option may be a good start for you. I would recommend either seeing your original physician or else seeking out another facial plastic surgeon to discuss your options in more detail.
