Uneven breasts after mastopexy. Is this a normal outcome? (Photo)

Hello,I have mastopexy(breast lift without implants) done 8 weeks ago,my breasts look very uneven and the wounds underneath the breast are very visible.Is it a normal outcome at this stage or was is done not properly?thanks
