7 days post op had a breast lift no implants Not asure about

Thank you for your question.  The breasts in your wish photos are rounder, less tube-like and have more volume, more evenly distributed.  To get closer to this, you may consider adding a modest sized round implant with some more lifting.  Be sure to discuss your concerns with your surgeon and allow full healing to take place before considering a revision.  Good luck.

The problem you have is that your breast volume was limited and your lift does not look adequate enough.

It appears from the pix that the surgeon did a nice job, but it is way too early to judge the result.....you only have so much volume so this may be the best that can be done without an implant.  suggest you let things heal for at least 6 months and then discuss with your surgeon. certainly possible to add a small implant in a second stage down the line a while.
