I'm 9 days post breast lift and fell in the shower after fainting. Have I done any damage?

after 9days of breast lifting I fainted today in the shower & don't remember how I fell & where I hit but all I can say is that i fell little on my right side. I hit the right side of my forehead somewhere & got a deep cut & had to go to hospital to stitch it (You could even see the bone) Since the fall was very hard & im sure my breast must have hit hard also I'm concern about the result of surgery. I had no bleeding from my breast & no pain.
