Around what size am I now? 6 days post 415cc silicone round smooth, under muscle, under breast incision. (photos)

Thank you for sharing your question and photographs and congratulations on your early results.  Unfortunately it is difficult to guess a future cup size as each bra manufacturer sizes differently.  Assuming you have a narrow chest I would anticipate you to be at least in the D range.  Hope this helps.

I understand your concern. However, it would be difficult to determine what size your breast will be after surgery, as there would still be swelling of the tissues surrounding the implant. Also, the implants take about 6 months to drop, fluff, and settle into its final position. You should speak with your plastic surgeon for further advice and reassurance.

Your photos prior to surgery looks to be about an A+ cup.  Your frame looks more like a 32 than a 34 size.  You will have to be measured to be certain.  If you are truly a 34 bra size then the number you need to remember is for every 175 cc you will increase your breast size by one cup.  So if you do multiple of 175 cc then you can figure out how big you will be.  So since you went 415 cc you should be around 2.4 cup sizes bigger than before.  Of course at this early stage you are swollen and look to be a full D cup.  I'll guess you will be slightly smaller after all the swelling goes down.  By the way you have a very nice result no matter what the size and it matches well with your frame.  Dr. Chu

Thank you for your question. Congratulations on your very nice early results. It looks like you will have a very nice result once your implants settle. Don't get caught up on he cup size because it is such a subjective measurement. You may be a D in one brand and a C in another brand. The important thing is that you have a proportional and pleasing result which it looks as though you will. I think you will be very pleased when he implants settle.

At this point you are high and tight. The implants will soften and drop. As far as size, no one really knows. You worry you will only be a C with 415 cc implants.  I just saw a patient with 275 cc implants who was told she is a D cup at some bra shop.  So whether you are a C, D or DD what matters is that the implants fit you, flatter your figure and make bathing suit/clothes more fun.  The letter is only in the mind. You may be a D in some bras and a C in others.  Wait until you are 6 weeks post op and get fitted at a store such as Soma.  Best wishes for a nice result.
