What are the situations where you have to report you have the breast implants? I did an X-ray of the lungs recently and they didn't tell me if that matters. Thanks in advance.

Yes, I routinely place XL breast implants over the muscle. There is more room and esp if you are there now, I would just enlarge the space that you have. There is also less droppiness when on top of muscle.
