There are fixed costs associated with Ulthera.  The transducers are limited to a number of pulses and must be replaced.  In my experience, the results of Ulthera are directly related to the number of pulses and location of the energy placement.  By price shopping the procedure, you may end up with a less effective treatment.  When you are investing money in a procedure like this, it is far more important to choose a provider that has good results, an excellent reputation, and tailors the treatment to your individual anatomy and concerns.  I recommend consulting with Physicians in your area and asking to see their results.  I would also find out who would be performing the procedure and whether or not the amount of lines delivered is tailored to the individual.  I completely understand budget concerns, but cosmetic procedures are not a good place to bargain shop.
