I'm a transwoman who recently contacted a surgeon in Mexico about FFS. After reviewing my photos, he recommend certain drastic procedures. However, I'd like more opinions to consider before making a deposit. Would the procedures needed be so drastic that I'd look completely different? What procedure(s) should I undergo first since my finances are very limited? I've attached some photos for your assessments. Thank you for your time, I look forward to hearing from you.

Proper diagnosis can not, under any circumstance, be made on the internet. If there is any concern about the growth of a child, then it should be brought to the attention of the pediatrician, the treating doctor.
