Follow Up: Sagging Malar Fat Pads, Cheek Dents, Weak Chin and Jaw... Any Advice? (Photos)

I am having a very difficult time determining what I need done. I large malar fat pads that sag, cheek dents, a weak chin and jaw and deep hallows under my eyes. I want a well balanced, masculine, asthetically pleasing face. What procedures would you recommend for me? Male 28 5'10 145 lbs

The dents in the lateral maxilla and cheek area can be  augmented with temporary filler or placement of a very small cheek implant in that area. The photographs also demonstrate a week chin profile.  To improve a weak chin profile profile, a chin implant is required. Chin implants are inserted through a sub mental approach usually under local  anesthesia while cheek implants are inserted through an intra-oral approach under general anesthesia. While I would need to examine you in person, your photos do show the problems you describe.  There are both surgical and non surgical options that would help you.  The upper cheeks can use more volume.  This could be achieved with a small cheek implant or fillers such as Sculptra or Voluma.  You may want to try the fillers and see how they work for you.  You have a retruded (weak) chin and could benefit from a chin implant.  You may want to consider a rhinoplasty that will give you a more aesthetic shape.  I would advise you to see a board certified plastic surgeon, who can examine you in detail in person and answer all of your questions.  Good luck!
