I had a similar result after a facelift w/no eyework. Very light eyes that look smaller and strange afterward. Is it in the lift itself? The pull? Or is this just part of a facelift? I'm sure her age/lighting have an affect, but there is a different 'look' to her eyes and it's not attractive, why does it happen and can it be corrected? thank you. (my lift was either a deep plane or smas..unfortunately, no detailed surgical notes)
