I got Bodytite 5 weeks ago, as you can see there is no real improvement so far...I understand initial final results are in 6 weeks & improve over 6 months but I feel like I should have some results by now & I don’t see how I’ll suddenly start seeing results in a week or so. There is no change in my measurements at all. I don’t understand how it’s physically possible to get no results as I saw them take out 2.7L of fat? Is there some people Bodytite doesn’t work on? Or am I just being impatient?!
Answer: Bodytite Results Hello and thank you for your question. I am assuming you had some sort of Liposuction done with Bodytite? When doing liposuction everyone is a bit different with when they start seeing results. You could see them immediately or it could take a few weeks for swelling to go down. Is your physician having you wear compression? When it comes to Bodytite to tighten the skin, technically the manufacturer says that it can take up to about 3 months to start seeing results (even though most will see them sooner) and will continue seeing the skin tighten up for the next year after your procedure. I hope this helps you a bit!

Answer: No real results from BodyTite after 5 weeks. How is that possible? Hello. Great question. Do not rush to conclusions. BodyTite results start to be noticeable at a few weeks to months from surgery date. There is bruising and swelling involved post op. There will be more swelling if you got liposuction done at the same time. Therefore; due to the swelling it might seem that there is no difference from original state of skin. Keep using your compression garment, as that is used to help with the swelling. As always, do not take for granted the follow ups with your surgeon. If concerns persist, please contact a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Body Tite Thank you for your questions and photos. Body tite is a system that requires a fair amount of patience. In the initial postoperative period, a certain amount of swelling typically happens and can last months, especially if liposuction is done at the same time. It is important to do lymphatic massage to encourage drainage of that fluid and massage out any hardened areas created by collagen. In addition, because the results rely on your own body to regrow collagen, it can take some time to see results. Usually people begin to see results around the 3 month mark but it happens slowly so its best seen comparing before and after photos. Results continue to improve for up to a year after the procedure. In general we see about a 30% improvement in skin tightening. Don't give up yet!

Answer: BodyTite Hello, and thank you for your question! BodyTite tightens and tones wrinkly, fattening areas that don't go away with diet and exercise alone. Using fat coagulation and volumetric heating technology, BodyTite works in multiple ways to treat the affected areas. Patience is a must though, as it takes about 6 months to one year to see results. You will not see results after only 6 weeks. Please see my attached link which has more information on BodyTite, including a video at the bottom of the page. Please be sure to see a board-certified plastic surgeon you feel comfortable with. Best of luck! James L.
