Answer: Different liposuction techniques for different purposes Thank you for your question! Tickle liposuction is different from BodyTite liposuction because it does not tighten the skin as BodyTite assisted liposuction does. If a patient has loose skin or the potential to have loose skin once the fat is removed, a tightening modality such as BodyTite or J-Plasma should be used along with liposuction for the optimal result. There are many different types of liposuction that can be used in combination or alone depending on what the surgeon determines the patient needs. I recommend consulting with a board certified plastic surgeon who uses more than one type of liposuction to ensure you can get the best result possible with a personalized surgical procedure.

Answer: What is the difference between Tickle Lipo and BodyTite? Which provides the best results on your stomach? I would focus on the surgeon and not the procedure, results depend upon the skill of the surgeon, the treatment area, and the amount of fat removed. Ask the surgeon what training he/she received using the technology, how many liposuction procedures he/she has performed using the technique, and how long he/she has been doing them. Also view before and after photos on the surgeon's website.BodyTite uses Radio-Frequency Assisted Liposuction (RFAL) to melt fat cells at the time of liposuction. Tickle Lipo uses low frequency acoustic INFRASONIC vibrations to assist in the break up of fat at the time of liposuction.Kenneth Hughes, MD, ABPS Board Certified Plastic SurgeonLos Angeles, CA

Answer: Body Tite Thank you for your questions. Body Tite is a technology that uses radiofrequency to shrinkwrap the tissues. It works by stimulating your own body to grow collagen. In general, it produces about a 30-40% improvement in skin tightening. Often times, we do liposuction in conjunction with Body Tite to sculpt the area and tighten the tissues.Currently, the Body Tite machine is the best option for non-surgical skin tightening. When fat grafting is done at the same time, we remove the fat prior to using the Body Tite so the fat is not destroyed or harmed by the heat. I recommend you schedule a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon who has experience with the Body Tite machine. In our office, we offer 3D imaging to give our patients an accurate idea of what their final result will look like. Good luck
