I am 58 years old. I wish to tighten the skin on my abdomen. Maybe redo my belly button. I DO NOT WANT a TT. I scar very badly. I have done two consults with ps that do bodytite who have pushed HARD for a TT, saying even I’d I scar badly it’s worth it. That they will do my legs and arms and have a good result but there will be no result on my abdomen. I feel like the result is being diminished bcs they want to do a TT. I just want to diminish the wrinkles, flat isn’t important.

Answer: Body Tite Thank you for your questions and photos. The Body Tite system works using radiofrequency to shrink wrap tissue and reduce fat via liposuction. In general, patients see about a 30% improvement in tightening. The Body Tite system will not give you a surgical result and in some situations a tummy tuck is recommended. Most surgeons try and recommend a procedure they believe will give a patient the best result. The Body Tite system works but does have limitations, therefore it is not recommended for everyone. In our office, we offer our patients 3D imaging to give them a realistic idea of what their final result will look like. Good luck!

However, BodyTite is much less invasive, requires less downtime, produces minimal scarring, and is a great option for someone like you, who does not want to undergo an extensive surgery. It will reduce fat in stubborn areas along with tightening the skin using Radio Frequency Assisted Lipolysis.
