What is considered “straining” after a rhinoplasty, have I caused any damage?

Distressedpatient
I read online that you should avoid straining, what exactly does this mean, what activities are straining activities? Bowel movements? Opening a stiff jar of pineapple juice? In the first few days and week I was trying to drink the best quality pineapple juice I could find for its antiflammatry properties, but it came in a jar and I’m pretty weak at is it so I struggled to open it. Would this have caused any long term damage or excessive scar tissue?
