Hello I have recently had a rhinoplasty 4 months ago in the phillipines being of african american decent i feel that the nose looks very fake and over projected with a very high side wall. I have contacted my Dr who advised me that he used a 6mm gortex implant. I just wanted to ask other surgeons who deal in ethnic noses if this is classed as a large implant. I do like that I have some sort of bridge but this is way to big. If it is classed as bigwhat is the standard size used for ladies
