best advice you can receive is from an in-person consultation.  For patients with minimal labia majora covering, fat grafting is a treatment option.   The fat is taken from the abdomen usually and the port site rarely ever leave a noticeable scar.  I recommend 5 days off from work after the procedure and 1-2 weeks off from the gym.  The most important aspect is to find a surgeon you are
comfortable with. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified
board-certified plastic surgeon who can evaluate you in person.

Fat injection/sculpting to the labia majora is a beautiful way of restoring (or even enhancing) volume, plumpiness and shape. The fat can be taken from anywhere where you have a little bit extra to spare using very special liposuction techniques, usually by syringe, and no suction machine. The tiny, little nicks used to extract the fat are placed in hidden spots, like natural creases or lines. The recovery is fairly simple - not usually too uncomfortable, and one only needs to limit walking, intense exercise and excessive movements affecting the injected areas for a couple of weeks. Everything else would be acceptable, with perhaps a weekend to recover then back to work on Monday. Most of the fat usually survives but if desirable, secondary injections could be performed after 3 - 6 months. Costs can vary but a $5000 - $7500  range would be likely.

The fat can be taken from almost anywhere that there is fat excess. The incisions can be placed near the labia.   You should be able to go back to work within 3-5 days after the procedure.
