Is it true that your skin could be too tight to hold the fat during a fat transfer? (Photo)

loveme211
I had a bbl and a tummy tuck done with fat transferred from my love handles to me my butt and hips. I was 175 when the surgeon did the procedure, I am 10 days post op and not happy with my results. I spoke to my surgeon and he stated that the skin on both my hips and butt were too tight to hold all the fat he was trying to put into it and began to squirt out. He also stated that if I gained 15-20 lbs he would redo both my butt and hips again. It's sounds a little funny to me, but is this possible.
