Is it true that your skin could be too tight to hold the fat during a fat transfer? (Photo)

It is too soon to tell what your final results will be. You may have swelling, which can last 3-6 months after fat transfer. Prednisone, icing, ibuprofen and venus legacy treatments can give improvement. I recommend prp and sculptra after your procedure to improve final results. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Well......  that is sort of true!   I tell all of my BBL patients....."There are two factors that will determine how much bigger your butt will be.... 1) how much fat you give me to work with and 2) how much fat your buttocks will hold!"   Some patients come in with loose, wrinkly, droopy skin!   I can put a tone of fat in there, usually putting every drop in until I run out of fat!     The second type of patient is someone like you who has beautiful, tight skin!   But, unfortunately, having tight skin will limit how much fat I can inject!   So!  I inject fat until no more will fit!    You can't pump it in under pressure or the pressure will cut off blood supply and you will have more fat die!   But!   From the looks of your picture, it appears that your butt could hold some more fat!  

It is too early to perform a revision as you are likely still swollen. I would wait at least 4-6 months to settle down. Best of luck.
