I intend to get a BBL beginning of next year but planned to start having more children(2-3 more) 2 years after getting my surgery. Would it be a waste of money/procedure if I intend to have more children 2 years after getting it done? Would having 2-3 children after this procedure really mess with/mess up my results to where I'd need to do it all again? Would it be best to hold off on getting this procedure until after we've had all the children we want?
Answer: BBL Before Children Thank you for your question. The BBL would not necessarily alter after having children; however, after having more children, you probably would not be as great a candidate for liposuction alone, as much as needing a tummy tuck to remove the extra skin and tighten your abdominal muscle. If you want to add fat to your buttock, and have a better appearance before you have more kids, I would recommend having the BBL now. That way after after having kids, your abdominal skin will already be thinned out from the liposuction you had previously, and the tummy tuck you may need after having more children will have an even better result. Best to speak to a board certified plastic surgeon. All the best,

Answer: BBL/Lipo before or after having children It all depends upon your goals for your body at the present time. You can have the procedure either before or after pregnancy. Liposuction and fat transfer forever alters the distribution of fat in a favorable way. The removal of fat cells from the abdomen will allow for less voluminous increase with increase in weight. Having the BBL and waiting to have additional children two years later is a good plan; I typically recommend that a patient wait at least six months to become pregnant after a BBL. Pregnancy will alter the results to some extent. The fat transferred to the butt will be affected by the total body fat percentage, and the buttock will likely get larger with pregnancy and decrease in size with weight loss. Answer: Would having liposuction/BBL be a waste of money before having children? Well, if what you want is to have a better body shape the liposuction/BBL will help you achieve it, but remember this does not mean that if you do not follow a healthy life style you can end up gaining weight that can give you fat deposits where you do not want them and also make you buttocks increase in size.Regarding having children we all know that this is a time where woman tend to gain weight but if you manage to have the babies and afterwards maintain your weight you will keep the body shaping you achieved with your liposuction procedure. One thing you should remember is that when having kids you can also end up with loose abdominal muscles and excess skin and these things can happen regarding you have or have not a liposuction/BBT before having children.

Answer: BBL before kids is not a waste Fat grating before kids is fine as the fat that stays is there for the duration of your life. You can always pursue further body contouring such as a tummy tuck when you are done having kids.

Answer: BBL I would say yes for a tummy tuck in most cases unless you had massive weight loss, and likely not a problem for a BBL. Yes , your body might change more, but you will likely need a tummy tuck after having them.
