Horizontal line below nose and above lip when I smile. Would like to know what can I do to get rid of it.

Answer: Lip lift Additional photographs are needed but it is possible that you would benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. This may resolve the horizontal crease when you smile.

Answer: Horizontal lip crease When you smile the upper lip is pulled upward by the action of cheek, not lip muscles. The upper lip then crashes into the nose and makes a wrinkle.
