I understand your concern. redness after surgery can indicate inflammation or infection. However, without a proper assessment it would be difficult to determine what is wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment. Only after thorough examination you can get proper recommendations and advice.

If could be more from bruising, but let your surgeon follow you closely incase it is an infection. do take all your antibiotics.
