Do patients with the most successful results wear a soft bra post procedure or no bra?

every surgeon has a preferred type of bra that they let their patients wear after breast augmentation, as this would depend on various factors like the type of surgery performed and the size of the implant used. You should discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon and follow his or her advice.

I always advocate following the post-operative advice of the PS who performed your surgery. Each surgeon has his/ her own protocols especially post-op. The best resource of information would be your board certified plastic surgeon as he/she knows your condition best. Compression garments are usually recommended at this point in time. 

Every surgeon has his/her preference about wearing a bra post fat transfer. I place my patients in a soft, but not tight, sports bra for one month. Please follow your surgeon's instructions.
