I’m really sorry to read that you are unsatisfied with one of your result but right now you are in a healing process, it's normal to have this kind of pain, you need to be patient and do the post-op care that your surgeon sure gave you. 
You should contact your Surgeon for all your concerns and after the healing process (4 months) you are still unsatisfied with the results I recommend to contact a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area and he/ she can help you to address your goals.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

I continue to encourage patients to not travel for elective surgical procedures. People do not appreciate the importance of before and after care, the complications actually do happen as well as the number of people who are in need of revision surgery.  Your surgeon is responsible for your aftercare.  He or she is the one who took your money. There is no surgeon in the United States who has an obligation to take care of you at this point.  Do you after care is the more undesirable and time-consuming part of the procedure which is included in the surgeons cost.  This is especially true for those who have undesirable outcomes.  Your options at this point are pretty simple. Wait six months until your results are final then start from the beginning with a new consultation for revision liposuction with or without a BBL.  alternatively contact your provider in turkey or fly there for follow up visits.  Best, Mats Hagstrom MD 

this is why we don't advocate having surgery in international areas as now you have no recourse but to go back for follow up. Photos very difficult to interpret because your B and A results seem to be reversed. Based on your pictures, you are an excellent candidate for a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL).
