51yrs., heavy brows, hooded eyes, crows feet, forehead wrinkles all gone with Botox , but too expensive to maintain every 3 months as I need. Can a brow lift give me same results? What would brow lift do?
Answer: Brow lift: brow lift and botox Hello The best way to find out if a brow lift is right for you is to consult with a board certified plastic surgeon. The surgeon will examine your skin, including its texture and elasticity, and evaluate the tone of your underlying facial tissues and bone structure.

Answer: Yes! Facial Sculpting with Fillers | Brow Ptosis | Browlift | Upper Blepharoplasty | Eyelid Lift Hello and thank you for your question. A formal evaluation would be needed to determine the best treatment. There are both surgical and non-surgical options to correct this, depending on your exact situation. For less significant issues, there are nonsurgical treatments: To give the eyebrows a nice lift, we use injectable fillers to improve the eyebrow, upper eye, forehead and temple. A filler is placed on the bone and in the fat pads of these areas to contour and lift without it looking overdone. We use cannulas to limit pain and swelling. Surgery (browlift and/or upper blepharoplasty) is a great option for more significant improvement- for example if there is more substantial eyebrow drooping. I suggest getting a consultation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist and facial sculpting expert, or an aesthetic facial plastic surgeon like Dr. Donald Groves; we are both located right here in Los Angeles. Best, Dr. Emer

Answer: Browlift... Browlift does a great job of lifting the eyebrows to a more youthful position, as well as remove the eyelid hooding. It will improve wrinkles because you won't need to lift the brow any more so they won't be as significant. During the surgery, we do remove some muscle that produces the frown lines, so that area should be better more permanently. Be sure to see a facial plastic specialist for consultation.

Answer: Can the brow lift produce similar results as Botox in the forehead and the eyelids? Brow lift would elevate your eyebrows, improve the hooding, eliminate the frown lines, improve the crows feet and the forehead lines. Your ability to raise the eyebrows would be maintained and there could be some crows feet when you smile as these muscle are typically not eliminated. This could give a very natural appearance. I don’t think a completely frozen forehead is atractive. Unfortunately I see a lot people coming with no expression because they are treated inappropriately with Botox by less skilled injectors.
