Is there any way I could make my forehead bigger?

It is possible, to a certain degree, to elongate (widen) forehead with coronal lift. Scar is placed in the hair-bearing scalp and barely visible. Sometimes, short intra-operative skin expansion may be used. Augmentation of "skinny" areas with fat graft or implants may be additional option.However, only on the basis of in person evaluation one can make appropriate analysis and suggest plan of treatment. They could be diminished using scar laser therapy, but it would be best to consult with a surgeon that specializes in these type of procedures, as they are not very common. Most people choose to get a smaller forehead. However, if yours is too large we would adjust it by adding tissue. This could be a custom implant or even just an injectable filler.  A photograph will help very much to determine where the deficiency is located.
