I know the giant compact fluorescent bulb have uva and uvb ray .iam working in a chain store as new employee ,im in 2 month hair transplant can 8 hour a day exposure from a giant compact fluorescent ( 300 w) bulb harm my hair transplant grafts? Working is not importanWorking me

Light bulbs, no matter how big they are, will not harm your grafts.  UV light will not harm the grafts, but it may discolor your skin while it is still red/ healing.

It is doubtful that you will damage your grafts at two months let alone the bulbs at your work. This is because the bulbs are not intense as actual sunlight.

Sitting under fluorescent lighting for any period of time will not affect your hair transplant. Direct exposure to sunlight may cause harm and therefore it is important to protect your head from sunlight but you are okay to leave it ex[posed to fluorescent lighting.
