Does this look like "cobblestone" problem? 3 weeks post op FUE. (Photo)

I had a 4500 graft FUE 3 weeks ago and I'm worried about the cobblestone look I've been reading about. I've developed foliculitis in the donor area which I'm taking antibiotics for but also noticed these bumps in the temple area that appear quite prominent. I'm worried as from what I've gathered there is no fix for this. There are some specks on the top of my head which is more noticeable as I've started to shed a fair bit now. Looking for some advice please.

If you continue to bald after the FUE was placed in the crown, you could develoop a halo effect which would require another hair transplant. If that should occur, it would be slow and gradual with enough time for you to address it
