Uneven growth after 2.5 months post FUE. Is this normal? (photos)

There are many variables here however in my opinion you should wait another 1.5months to see if the left side catches up with the right. If it doesn't then you should call the clinic you had the transplant. It could very well be that the technician had trouble on that side or was inexperienced in hair restorations. Unfortunately you may have to wait longer to see if anything grows before re-treating the area. The clinic in good faith want to correct this issue for free.

It may take 6 to 12 months to see the results of a hair transplant surgery.  If you are concerned it is best to discuss it with your doctor.

First regrowth should be observed on 3-3.5 months after surgery. Regrowing hair is thin, undersized and not bright untill 4-5 th months of hair transplant. İt's normal for new growing hair starting to get native characteristics, waviness, curl in first 6-7 months..This actually takes 10-13 months for hair to become full mature , as thick and bright  as native hair. 

Usually the residual hairs in your grafts shed after surgery and there is no new growth for about three months.  Rarely, the hairs remain and start to grow.  You don't include preop photos; you may have had more hair on the right to begin with, or perhaps the grafts on the right didn't go through the shedding phase.Regardless, it's too early to be concerned or draw conclusions about your long-term results.  Give it a full 8-12 months, then go see your surgeon to review preop photos and discuss results. 

Everyone is asymmetrical so it is expected that one side will grow in faster then the other. It was the same when you lost the hair, one side lost hair faster then the other side. Give it the full year before you make a decision on the success. 

Yes, the growth is anot always uniform so be patient and wait a few more months and it should even out
