I don't want a lot of projection , but I want them more together , not like is now wide apart , I try the rice test with 500ml and I like it, but in my mind it keeps bothering me cause I don't want to be gigantic , I'm 5'6 and 160lbs
Answer: Tuberous breast I do not think 500 cc is too large for your goal photo. Your goal photo however may not be completely attainable with your starting point. I would definitely recommend subglandular textured shaped implants for your case - with a good projection and proper width for your chest which may translate to a different volume. You should see a board certified plastic surgeon and you can find one close to you at plasticsurgery.org. Good luck!

Answer: Tuberous breasts? Far more important than the technique is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let them explain why one technique may be better than another. See the below link on some suggestions on finding the most qualified Plastic Surgeon for a Breast Augmentation. Always insist on a board certified plastic surgeon.

Answer: Tuberous breasts Hello. Thanks for your inquiry. I feel that 450 500 cc may be a little large for you. Under 400 cc best when also improving the tuberous breasts. It is best to see you in a free consultation to review how you look with different sample breast sizers. Thanks.

Answer: 500 cc is very large for a tuberous breast Thank you for your question. With tuberous breast special techniques must be used to make room for the implant and starting with a 500 cc breast implant is quite large and could increase the risk of complications.Generally speaking in patients with your photographs, I performed radial mastotomy is to reduce the constrictions and use a 300-350 cc implant beneath the breast to expand the breast and make round. A year later if larger implants are required there will be adequate space to accommodate

Answer: What size implant is the "right" size. Tuberous breasts are a very common occurrence. Unfortunately, the issue of selecting the correct implant size in circumstances such as yours actually has far more to do with your skin laxity/elasticity than your personal preference. The biggest mistake that can be made is to "oversize" your implants. Personally, 450-500cc implants are larger than I've ever used in the primary surgery for tuberous breasts. My average is approximataely 350. As part of the surgical correction of tuberous breast deformity, it is typically necessary to downsize your areola. This involves removing the excess pigmented skin to make your post-operative areola an appropriate size (usually about 38-40mm in diameter). In doing this, if the implant selected is too large, it will dramatically compromise your post-operative result. As I explain to my patients prior to undergoing this operation, correction of tuberous breasts is not a typical "cosmetic" breast operation. The patient and the surgeon must be reasonably conservative when selecting implant size. Once the operation has been performed and you've safely healed, if your displeased with the size you can always return to have the implants upsized. Although this may sound undesirable, it's a far better option than having difficulty with healing following your initial operation. Start by visiting a Plastic Surgeon board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery . He or she can discuss expectations with you and outline a plan that you'll be happy with and with predicatable, safe results. Good Luck!!
