I'm 10 days post op with silicones under the muscle and was just doing downward massage when I heard a loud popping noise from the bottom (incision site). The left breast immediately feels and looks like it has dropped considerably more! Could I have caused any damage? It didn't cause any pain and I still don't have any pain or swelling now. Could I have pulled my internal sutures? Or possibly expanded or lowered my pocket/infram fold away from my ribs?? Please help!
