Unfortunately without at least photographs, it is impossible to provide meaningful imput.  Generally I agree with you that cosmetic surgery is about looking better not aging.  Clearly you have something in mind and you need to find a surgeon who understands what you are looking for.  Perhaps the surgeons you saw were not listening.  Generally, never make a surgeon do something they are not comfortable with.

Enhancing facial features can be done if you are a candidate. I would need to see photos to give a proper answer.

It's very important to  find the right surgeon who can perform the indicated procedures to give a very natural look that does not appear operated upon.
