New forehead wrinkles and crease. Did the ultherapy cause this and will it go away?

If you had Ultherapy done to the forehead, then you should actually see some diminishing of the wrinkles since they are typically caused by muscle hyperactivity to hold up sagging brows. There is no reason I can think of why it would make wrinkles worse, but your doctor is in the best position to address your concerns. Final results don't appear for 3 months so it is still early.

Three weeks is still too early to see the full results from your Ultherapy treatment. Most patients see the majority of their results 2-3 months after treatment. Typically, Ultherapy is used to treat the neck and jowl area and not usually the forehead or brow area. It is unlikely that Ultherapy caused wrinkles or dropping on your forehead. The best option would be to consult with your doctor and to address your concerns with him/her.

Because you are still only 3 weeks from the procedure, the final results cannot be determined. It usually takes about 3 months for the full results to appear. It is unlikely that what you see is from the Ultherapy. If you are concerned, I would talk to your treating doctor.

Ultherapy results are seen between 90-180 days and this is not related to the Ultherapy procedure. I am sure you were not treated between the eyebrows as this is not a recommended area for treatment. I also know that the area that you are describing is not affected by Ultherapy treatment. Treatment for eyebrows are done from the mid eyebrow outward to elevte the eyebrows and this does not create a crease in the area described. See your doctor for additional insight.
