I had a rhinoplasty one year back and I have a high radix (my nose starts right from my forehead). I want to bring it down but I don't want to go through the recovery period of a rhinoplasty again (so I am trying to avoid revision rhinoplasty). I was wondering if radix rasping will be a procedure for my problem? Does radix rasping involve breaking bone or just shaving down the bones? I believe it is the breaking of bones which makes the recovery long and tough?! Thank you.
