I'm getting asymmetrical eyes. What can I do? (Photo)

I had braces for 3 years, before braces my eyes were fine, it was during braces my one I started to feel like smaller or the other one bigger. I got my braces off last year. Basically when I look in mirror, eyes seem fine. But whenever I click a picture with the rear camera, I realize how indifferent my eyes really are. I can't look people directly in their eyes, I'm ashamed of myself. What do I need basically? Also I have a little hump on my nose. Suggest please.

The eyelid malposition is due to the eyelid surgery rather than the fat grafting and is more common when an external incision is made which goes through the supporting eyelid muscle and causes temporary paralysis.  Usually this recovers on its own. I would follow closely with your surgeon

Vertical eye/orbit asymmetry is very common among the population, to varying degrees. It is practically not possible to change that asymmetry but some options for improvement are available. Consultation necessary.
