I'm in my mid-30s and very thin, but unfortunately the downside to that is that I have giant bulging veins in my forearms that extend toward my hands. Gaining weight doesn't work because it only goes to my derriere (butt), which I want to lose some of anyway. I don't think these are the types of veins that can be dissolved through some procedures, so what are my options? I don't want to be 50 someday, looking like I'm 150. I'd appreciate any help I can get. Thank you.

This is postsclerotherapy skin necrosis and will result in an ulceration. I would recommend debridemont of the unhealthy tissue followed by local wound care.
I'd suggest using a pulsed dye or yag laser to treat unwanted blood vessels. Many times electrosis can leave some hyperpigmentation from the heat generated with treatment.
