Radiofrequency treatments of the face can be beneficial for tightening skin of the face, however these treatments do not address redness and visible capillaries of the face. Vascular lasers such as pulsed dye and Excel 532 KTP are the most effective treatment for redness and vessels on the face. In addition to lasers a good skin care regimen including sun protection is very important. Please consult a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon experienced in laser treatments. Best wishes.
Unwanted blood vessels are treated with pulsed dye lasers. The radiofrequency devices are typically used for soft tissue augmentation.

Laser treatments such as the CoolTouch Varia can work very well for facial veins. I’ve performed many successful treatments on blue veins around the eyes and temples at my practice. Please visit a board-certified dermatologist with experience treating veins on the face for an in-person c...
Nasal veins in a 5 year old is certainly not something that I commonly see. A better picture would be helpful but from what I can see, the options for treatment would be laser or sclerotherapy. You would need to see someone with experience treating children with this kind of a vein problem.
