This is  postsclerotherapy skin necrosis and will result in an ulceration.  I would recommend debridemont of the unhealthy tissue followed by local wound care.

There is a small and risk of blisters or ulcers following sclerotherapy that cannot be totally predicted or avoided.  Most of these ulcers will heal well, but may leave a small scar.

Place neosporin and be vigilant about redness around the wound or red streaks (cellulitis) ...
