I have had a skin-colored bump on my nose since childhood. It does not hurt, it is soft and it does not bleed. I never had a diagnosis. Could it be something bad, like cancer?

The shave may not entirely remove the mole and still could lose some lashes. An excision bringing the edges with lashes together is the best option. Go to someone who works on eyelids like a plastic surgeon, ENT, or ophthalmologist for this, only.
