I have had a small skin colored bump on my nose since childhood. Is it a reason for concern like cancer? (photo)

I have had a skin-colored bump on my nose since childhood. It does not hurt, it is soft and it does not bleed. I never had a diagnosis. Could it be something bad, like cancer?
