4 months post op, mole had dark spots after laser removal. Opinions? (photos)

Had a mole removed 4 months ago and have just seen dark black/brown/red spots on it. Initially it was just flat and red, not sure how long it’s been like this as it’s on my back so can’t see it, could be weeks. What’s happening? Is it normal? Still feels flat and it’s not painful.
