Is sun exposure dangerous even after a closed nasal tip rhinoplasty?

I am aware that sun exposure can lead to scars and hyperpigmentation after an open rhinoplasty. However, I am wondering whether sun exposure has negative effects after a close nasal tip surgery, when there is no incisions. I am planning on correcting my tip in the beginning of July. Would it be unsuitable to go on a summer vacation in mid-August?
