What should I do about my nasal dermoid sinus cyst? (Photo)

This is quite embarrassing for me to post in detail as I've tried to hide this my whole life. I've been born with a dermoid in my nose thankfully it is quite small and so could pass as a birthmark As I began going through puberty a small hair began growing from it, causing me endless anxiety, constantly plucking it and hoping people do not notice. I am scared of scarring. As I plan on getting surgery regardless It would be nice if it would also improve the overall aesthetic but not essential.
