Should I be concerned with a long philtrum following a rhinoplasty and columellar lift?

Due to my skin type and scarring associated with lip lift, I just want expertise regarding whether a collumelar tuck and dissection of depressor septi will have a detrimental effect on my facial harmony due to an increased philtrum length, currently measuring at 14mm.

We usually recommend patients to be off Accutane for about 5-6 months before elective facial surgery, including rhinoplasty. Safety first. Good luck.

It appears that your lump is result of under-corrected lower lateral cartilage. Only on the basis of in person evaluation right diagnosis can be made. Revision rhinoplasty, possibly tip only, should be considered. Good luck.
