According to official statistics, 36% of adult young men and 57% of older #adult men in the United States have this medical condition in one of the four grades. About 200,000 to 3 million cases of #gynecomastia are being reported every single year. So if you have #breast #enlargement and you feel you're an exception, please understand that 1 in 3 young adult #men and 1 in 2 older adult men are just like you and have breast enlargement. There are three types of surgical treatment options available that treat gynecomastia. Your board-certified plastic surgeon will recommend the type best suited for you. The most important decision to be made before performing any surgical procedure is determining whether you are an ideal candidate. Weight, and more specifically body mass index (BMI), need to be considered when deciding. Not only will this decrease risks of complications, but will also enhance the aesthetic results. Further, normal body weight is different from one patient to another.
No OTC medicine reduces breast size in Men ! Stay away from supplements that claim that they can do this- it is a scam. If it worked it would have been tested and FDA approved for this usage. The only medicine that might work for Gynecomastia would be for male breast enlargement caused by an endocrine disorder. You would need to see an endocrinologist for a work up if this involves you - tyically this would occur in late childhood/adolescence but could occur later (from a Pituitary tumor producing prolactin - a hormone that makes breasts enlarge for example)
Thank you for your question and photo. Unfortunately surgery is the only proven method to reduce the size of breasts. Here is a link to doctors in India who perform male breast reduction. I hope this helps! All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL
Unfortunately there is no such thing as a medicine that will get rid of male breasts. If there were all men would choose that over surgery. To date the only option is surgery. Good luck!
Dear Chandan,I will not give you any false hope, please be informed that any scientifically approved non-surgical treatment is not available for gynecomastia correction unfortunately. There is no other way like pills, creams or oils to reduce the male breasts because glandular component of the breast can only be retrieved through a direct excision and it even doesn’t responds to exercise. It’s all a marketing gimmick and total waste of money & time. All these short-cuts not only harm your body in long run but also include a great risk of the development of gynecomastia. Do not get fooled by such kind of fake advertisements that claim to reshape your chest naturally, if you want to save your money and time because surgery is the only and safest option for an in-shape male-chest. I hope you understand.Though your photo was not very helpful due to lack of proper lighting, it looks like your left side is heavier than the right one. But I can confirm that it doesn't look severe and can be corrected through surgery in a day-care basis (no hospital stay required). Schedule your consultation with an experienced plastic & cosmetic surgeon to get proper guidance in your case.Best Wishes

Many thanks for posting your question.I think your chest and areolae are settling down well for this stage. It will take many months (sometimes a year) before you can judge the final outcome of your surgery.Regarding the specifics of the areola shape, many (normal) men do not have circular...
