Are on-the-table photos an accurate representation of what you will look like at 1 year? (photos)

Is there still swelling in the operating room? I just noticed that my nose looks wider in my on table images even though the base of the nose was not changed to be wider. I am curious to know if I am just looking at it too much or if I am right. Thank you!
