Microneedling after Fractional CO2 procedure?

Hello, I had Fractional co2 laser treatment 5 days ago, but only cheeks. I'm 25 years old. I have oily skin with larges pores and some scaring/marks after my acne. My doctor said to me that I'm too young for this procedure full face and the rest skin is not bad. I thinking about the microneedling. When i can have micro needling procedure? Thank you, Best Regards
